Zoe is mischief that causes havoc more often than not. As a Targon’s messenger, she heralds over colossal events that reshape worlds. Even when she doesn’t do it on purpose, she can cause cataclysms in a matter of seconds.
Her in-game persona is not much different. We have all been hit by a Zoe bubble before and knew that our destiny had been sealed. This joyful champion has as many lovers as it does hate, but we took a neutral side and objectively reviewed all of her skins.

4. Cyber Pop Zoe
Sometime in the future, Zoe adapted to the new technologies without losing her fun side. Her hair is colorful and her eyes are green. A high-tech device on her left hand allows her to shoot stars at her enemies and put them to sleep.
When it comes to animations, her Paddle Star is green while her Sleepy Bubble Trouble resembles arcade effects. During her recall, she rollerblades inside a rink before swiftly returning to the fountain. Cyber Pop Zoe costs 1350 RP.

3. Arcanist Zoe
Even though she was the most promising student of magic at the university, nothing can stop Zoe from going on an adventure. Not even the fact that she’s not ready. But does she need to be when the whole world is at her mercy?
In this skin Zoe’s hair is blonde and she wears a formal pink outfit. Her animations are mostly pink. Upon reactivating her Paddle Star, it shoots towards an enemy from a book. The said book can also be seen during her recall animation before it takes her back to the base.
There is also a Prestige Version of Arcanist Zoe which is definitely much better than the original. But sadly, it is much harder to acquire so we didn’t include it in our list and only ranked the base skin.
2. Star Guardian Zoe
The goofy and cheerful side of Zoe has been lost in this skin. Riot focused on colder colors such as dark blue and purple for this skin. On the other hand, there are plenty of things that get updated with this skin.
First and foremost, it’s the only Zoe skin with a voice filter and additional quotes. Secondly, there are many chromas that players can purchase so they never get bored of her.
Now onto the animations. All of her spells are similar. Purple color dominates them and not much is changed. The only noteworthy change is with her E in which two hands circle around the hit enemy.

1. Pool Party Zoe
Currently, Zoe’s best skin is Pool Party. The pool party line is not a new addition to League universe and Riot had plenty of time to make it perfect. And they did. As usual, Zoe is in the center of attention even with the other champions around her.
She wears a green swimsuit and there’s a cute rubber duck on her right hand. Her weave hair is blue just like her spells. Zoe’s E splashes the enemy with water, and even a flock of seagulls can be seen. They circle the enemy that has been hit until the bubble is broken, or until it expires. As for her ultimate ability, Portal Jump, she blinks from one pool to another.
Conclusion
There aren’t many available Zoe skins at the moment. Furthermore, they all cost 1350 RP so it’s very important that you are getting the maximum value for that price. We concluded that the best Zoe skin is Pool Party Zoe, but everyone has their own taste and you might prefer some other one.
